Join us for an informal networking session with three inspiring alumnae who will share their experiences with team-building and how a positive team culture can boost motivation, collaboration, and productivity. Together, they’ll offer diverse perspectives on building and maintaining strong teams across academic and non-academic environments.
Exchange of ideas with Daniele Firak (Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research – TROPOS), Maria Glaser (Gesundheitsforen Leipzig GmbH) and Sarah Kleest-Meißner (Hasselt University) followed by a discussion.
The event is aimed at current female doctoral and postdoctoral researchers and WINS alumnae.
