Das im Sommer 2017 eröffnete neue Porsche Zentrum
lässt die Herzen vieler Autofahrer höher schlagen. Hier er-
zeugt ein spektakulärer Photovoltaik-Pylon Solarstrom,
mit dem der komplette Energiejahresbedarf dieses Auto-
zentrums gedeckt wird. Das nächste Highlight, diesmal eher
für den Nachwuchs, ist am Eisenhutweg die Planung für
eine neue Integrierte Sekundarschule mit gymnasialer Ober-
stufe, Grundschule und Sporthalle. Auch auf dem Campus
für Gewerbe und Technologie „Am Oktogon“ ist der Fort-
schritt sichtbar: Das vierte Gebäude ist im Bau. Das Projekt
wird On-Demand weiterentwickelt, bis es mit insgesamt
zehn Neubauten komplettiert ist. An der Wegedornstraße
findet bei der Baustelle für das Landeslabor Berlin-
Brandenburg der kleine Gang vom Eisenhutweg bis zur
Rudower Chaussee sein vorläufiges Ende. Hier werden rund
300 Mitarbeiter ab dem 1. Quartal 2019 auf über 22.000
Quadratmetern für noch stärkere Analytik-Kompetenz am
Technologiestandort sorgen.

Um den Aufbruch des bisher im Hintergrund stehenden
Stadtteils rund um den Eisenhutweg zu verfolgen, wird
sich ein erneuter Spaziergang im Jahr 2019 wieder lohnen.
