The world is becoming increasingly interconnected, and we are encountering people from diverse cultures more frequently than ever before. However, communicating effectively across different cultures can be a daunting challenge. When language barriers and misinterpreted gestures arise, misunderstandings can lead to social, economic, and even cultural shock. To prevent these negative consequences, it is essential to develop intercultural competence and conflict resolution skills.
This talk will show how to overcome intercultural barriers and to communicate successfully.
Process: After booking this event, you will first receive a confirmation from the Adlershof health network and then another from the cooperation partner (organizer of these impulses as part of the Digital Health Week), who will exclusively provide the Adlershof health network with valuable participant places free of charge.
