FAIRmat Workshop: Unlocking the Potential of Data – FAIR Data Principles in Physical Sciences in NFDI
-
Consortium FAIRmat of NFDI
online
We are happy to announce the workshop on use cases in NFDI, presented by Physical Sciences in NFDI (PSinNFDI).
While different challenges can arise for research data management in different disciplines, FAIR and standardized data are always of great importance. Similar approaches and solutions can be shared and adapted across domains.
This workshop will showcase selected use cases from the physical sciences that demonstrate how FAIR principles can be effectively implemented in practice. The session will highlight innovative tools, software solutions, and services that support sustainable and standardized research data management with fascinating use cases from:
- Dr. Lukas Pielsticker (FAIRmat) – Standardization of experimental data using NeXus
- Dr. Hubert Simma (PUNCH4NFDI) – FAIR data for lattice gauge theory and beyond
- Dr. Alexander Sommer-Behr (NFDI4Cat) – KGLit4Cat: Automated, ontology-based creation of knowledge graphs from literature with NLP
