This workshop is tailored for PhD candidates, postdocs, and young innovators eager to uncover new perspectives and transition their skills into impactful career paths.

Skillset check-up: Conduct a self-assessment of your skillset and job perspectives
Hands-on & guided scenario process: Go through a professionally facilitated scenario process to gain clarity on your potential world of futures.

Workshop Goals:

The goal of this workshop is to help you uncover and reflect on your assumptions about your future career. You’ll be encouraged to think creatively and engage in discussions that inspire new ideas for your professional path.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have to experience a future scenario discovery, including a skills review and ideally a tool to track your insights.
