AEMtec and Micross Sign Agreement to Drive Future Growth

At the end of July, Micross Components, Inc. signed an agreement to acquire Berlin-based AEMtec GmbH. Through this acquisition, Micross is expanding its expertise in the fields of advanced packaging, photonics and optoelectronics, whilst significantly strengthening its presence in Europe. For AEMtec, the merger opens up new growth opportunities and provides greater access to international markets, particularly in the aerospace, defence, medical technology and industrial sectors.
