Successful research institutions and innovative companies are always searching for talents. Supporting and improving the interactions between different actors, innovators and future talents with research centres and innovative companies of the Science and Technology Park Adlershof is one of the main tasks of the Campus Club Adlershof.
You will also benefit from the Adlershof network, from the excellence of the research community and the innovative power of the companies, which is created by around 28,000 employees.
In order to deal with the complexity of societal challenges and to promote sustainable growth of organisations, it is necessary to strengthen the diversity of talent in the innovation system. With the Campus Club, we bring talent development and growth activities of the organisations at the campus in line with each other.
We provide interactive formats to discuss new ideas, network, share perspectives and initiate collaborations that foster further interactions in new knowledge areas and product development. Networking, collaboration, teaching and innovation formats for the target groups of researchers, professionals, students and pupils are specifically initiated and further developed in conjunction with companies and research institutes.
We are always looking for further opportunities for collaboration and look forward to exchanging ideas with you!

Campus Club Jobmarket
Job starters and employers find a match here.
We support Adlershof companies and scientific institutions in recruiting talent and finding qualified staff. Based on the experience of the first two CC Job Market evenings, two more events are planned for 2023.
15-20 companies and institutes meet 70-100 job applicants. The focus is on researchers, engineers and students. In order to ensure proper job matching between the applicants and the respective vacancies, the needs of the Adlershof companies will be evaluated in advance. The format can be rounded off with impulse lectures, discussion rounds or one-on-one meetings.

Campus Club Workshop
Practice-based symposium: "Innovation Practices for young researchers - interaction with science-related companies".
Our programme offers a balanced framework between theory and practice of science-related innovations and promotes interaction between young researchers and science-related companies.
The purpose is to enable young academics to test their knowledge and skills in innovative contexts in a practical way. This opens up career perspectives for them within or outside the academic world. The participants work on an innovation case and learn to use their own innovative power in different contexts. In the process, science-related companies become part of the programme as suppliers of topics, providers of experience or through direct cooperation. In addition, the programme provides companies with access to academic talent and the initiation of collaboration opportunities.
The first event will take place on 4 and 5 July 2023.
Insights into the world of research for pupils and students
Innovative, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary learning approaches are essential in order to successfully tackle current social challenges and enable students to participate in shaping society in the future. An integral basis for this is the linking of education and business as well as the continuous improvement of specialised knowledge and cognitive skills in the STEM subjects (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology).
In this context, the "STEAM Learning Ecologies (SLE)" project is dedicated to the development of extracurricular STEM learning environments to promote mathematical and scientific skills, student motivation and the connection between school, university, society and industry. This provides pupils and students in Adlershof with learning opportunities to get them interested in STEM subjects, test their skills and give them both academic and career guidance.
The diverse partnership between schools, universities, companies and research centres on campus helps to strengthen the link between education and industry. In this way, young talents are optimally prepared for the challenges of the future.
If you are interested in a partnership or would like more information, please contact Lisa Bering or Melissa Horchemer.
"SLE Learning Ecologies" is an EU-funded project (Horizon Europe) supported by WISTA Management GmbH and the Humboldt-proMINT-Kolleg of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and carried out in cooperation with companies and research centres from the Adlershof Science and Technology Park.
