WISTA Conventions received Sustainable Berlin certification „High Performer“
Sustainable event service in Berlin Adlershof
For WISTA Management GmbH, sustainability is not a short-term trend, but an integral part of its corporate practice. This has now been officially confirmed: in December 2025, the Adlershof-based event service provider WISTA Conventions received the Sustainable Berlin certification at the “High Performer” level. The award recognizes the division's holistic sustainability concept and sends a strong signal for responsible event management in the capital.
At WISTA Conventions, events are consistently planned and implemented with sustainability in mind. This includes fair supply chains, the use of climate-friendly energy, effective waste and resource management, and social responsibility at the local level. The approach aims to offer both organizers and guests high-quality and sustainable event formats.
The certification process began in the summer of 2025 and placed high demands on the entire team. Over several months, all relevant processes were analyzed, further developed, and documented. Project management was handled by a central team, which coordinated the process and implemented the necessary measures together with the responsible departments. The successful certification is the result of intensive cooperation, a high level of commitment, and a clear common goal.
