WISTA launches new start-up programme
Adlershof Startup Lab – Call for applications until 7 April 2026
WISTA Management GmbH is kicking off the new funding period for the Berlin Startup Scholarship (BSS) and officially opening the application phase for the newly named Adlershof Startup Lab. With the grant notification dated 27 February 2026, the successful early-stage programme has been given the green light to support up to 60 founders on their way to starting a business until the end of 2028.
The Adlershof Startup Lab – formerly known as ‘Gründungswerkstatt Adlershof’ – offers comprehensive support for innovative start-up teams. In three twelve-month cohorts, participants are supported in developing a viable business model from an initial business idea.
Financial support and programme offering
The Adlershof Startup Lab combines financial support with a structured qualification programme. Participants benefit from:
- 2,500 euros per month in funding over 12 months
- Workshops and coaching with experienced experts
- A free workspace at the Adlershof Innovation and Start-up Centre (IGZ)
- Access to the high-tech makerspace for prototyping and experimentation
- An active network of start-ups, experts and mentors
Call for applications started
The start of the first cohort is planned for 1 June 2026. Interested start-up teams can now apply for the first round of the programme. All information on the eligibility requirements and the complete application documents can be found at:
