Our daily lives—whether at work or at home—are filled with challenges. But what if we could see these challenges as opportunities to heal and grow? What if we had simple, self-applied tools to help us regulate emotional storms as they arise?
Join us in this workshop, organised as part of the Sustainable Well-being Project (SWEPPP) event series, and explore practical techniques to support emotional regulation, resilience, and everyday well-being.
The event is free of charge, but space is limited—we can accommodate a maximum of 25 participants for the workshop. If you are interested, please register here.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the workshop, you will learn:
- How stress and anxiety impact the body in the long term, and the difference between a real threat and a perceived threat
- A very simple yet very powerful technique that marries Western Psychology with Eastern Energy Psychology, named Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
- Different applications of EFT in our day-to-day lives
- Two self-applied, powerful breathing practices to balance your brain and boost your energy, called “Pranayama”
- A specific meditation called “Eco-Meditation”, which combines different techniques and is backed by research on its effectiveness for those new to meditation
