On 16 July 2024 you will have the opportunity to get to know research projects, ideas and initiatives with social relevance from xx young scientists and young professionals. At the Falling Walls Lab Berlin-Adlershof at Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (Richard-Willstätter-Str. 11, 12489 Berlin), the applicants will publicly present their forward-looking ideas in three minutes.

The winner of this preliminary round will receive prize money of €500, which will be awarded by IGAFA e. V., an invitation to the grand final on  November 7, 2024 in Berlin and the opportunity to present themselves at the Falling Walls Science Summit.

We are looking forward to the presentations and would like to invite you and your colleagues to join us on site or watch the livestream from 2 pm.
