Join us to learn about opportunities, challenges, trends and best practice for financing of early-stage start-ups in the tech and deep tech sector. Together, Sammia Klingner from Klingner Consult and Christian Feierabend, Attorney-at-law at BridgehouseLaw Germany Berlin, will approach the topic from different directions.
Sammia Klingner, business consultant, coach and expert for public financing mechanisms with a special focus on tech and deep tech start-ups will give an overview of financing instruments from the public sector.
Christian Feierabend, Attorney-at-law and bar certified specialist lawyer for international business law at the BridgehouseLaw Germany office in Berlin, will talk about common legal implications of early-stage financing, such as investment readiness, IP issues and requirements for the founding team. Christian will also highlight current developments in private financing mechanisms.
