Eligibility Criteria:

Who can apply?

The programme is open to international PhD candidates in the advanced stages of their doctoral studies, as well as postdocs working in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Applicants must be currently affiliated with a German university or research institution. 

Language Requirements

The programme is conducted primarily in English – perfect for international participants. One session will be held in simple, easy-to-follow German.
We strongly encourage you to continue developing your German skills, as this can significantly enhance your long-term career prospects in the region.

Participation Fee

Participation is entirely free. workhier! is fully funded – there are no costs for you.
All we ask is your full commitment to every session so you can benefit from the programme's insights and connections.

Participation Certificate
