Through conversion and new construction measures, an architecturally sophisticated building was created. The building's distinctive design element is the staggered loggias that lead into open communication areas inside and are artistically coloured. The office walls are partly made of glass. This transparency is intended to reflect the desire for cooperation and synergy effects in Adlershof. On the ground floor, the available conference room is another advantage of the building.
The innovation centre can be used by information technology companies that are active in the following key technologies: Production technologies, security technologies, transport and logistics, multimedia and ambient intelligence.
The maximum possible rental area is 250 m². The companies must not be older than five years.
