Workshop: Circular Operations: Operating Models for Shared Infrastructures
-
Creative Climate Cities, Circular Berlin, WISTA Management GmbH
The future of innovation hubs depends on creating the right conditions for collaboration, knowledge transfer and technological progress. Shared infrastructures such as makerspaces, co-working environments or joint material storage show how cooperation drives resource efficiency, innovation capacity and competitiveness.
In this workshop, we will discuss with experts from business, technology development and site management which operating models, management structures and technical as well as spatial infrastructures are needed to strengthen the attractiveness of innovation hubs and make them work in practice. The focus is not only on technical solutions but also on building networks and formats that foster responsibility, participation and trust among all stakeholders.
