3rd Digital Health Week 2026
From November 3 to December 4, as part of the 3rd Digital Health Week 2026, you can look forward to valuable insights, fresh inspiration, and practical tips to help you manage your energy mindfully, reduce stress, and stay healthy throughout the colder months.
As a special “bonus,” we’re placing an additional focus on the topic of “men’s health” this time - because preventive care is important for men, too.
Take this opportunity to pause and recharge your energy, no matter where you work.
Special conditions apply to “Digital Health Week 3.0” (DHW):
Based on our experience from the last, equally extensive Digital Health Week, an adjustment is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. Please keep this in mind before booking.
- Your individual seat reservation can only be processed if you have not previously booked the event with the same name (regardless of whether you actually attended).
- Your booking is binding. Please reserve a seat only if you plan to actually attend and have no other appointments or commitments that would prevent you from doing so.
- You can book the respective digital session up to 48 hours before the event begins.
- You may select a maximum of 5 sessions from those offered as part of DHW 3.0 (December 1–4, 2026). In addition to sessions on “Men’s Health” (November 3–16, 2026). A more targeted approach is better; visiting is good, but applying what you learn in your daily work is even better.
- Your registration will be forwarded to our partner, and you will receive your login credentials for the online session from them. If you have not received these (applies only to DHW) within 48 hours of registering, please contact us. It is not possible to send the login credentials shortly before the event begins.
- Please refer to the FAQ.
Background: The partner organization enables employees (staff and managers) to make use of—or become familiar with—a wide range of digital, live-guided activities in a concise format.
Please keep in mind that, in the interest of employees, employers, dedicated trainers, and the continued success of this nationwide model project – the largest of its kind for sustainable workplace health promotion, which offers only free preventive sessions - we aim to keep the no-show rate as low as possible. Thank you.
Developing Resilience – Dealing with Stress
Digital interactive
Focus: Stress Management
Within the last few years, the subjective experience of stress has risen sharply in our society. Whether and how we experience stress varies from person to person. Those who can face crises or ongoing stress (professional and/or private) with confidence have resilience. This ability to cope with challenges and stress, known in psychology as resilience, is not innate but can be trained and is an important prerequisite for health-preserving stress management. Learn in our interactive lecture how you can feel physically and mentally well and regenerate quickly despite high demands. Using scientifically based resilience models, we will introduce you to a variety of practical approaches for dealing with stress in everyday life and developing resilience long term.
The following contents will be addressed, among others:
- The meaning, types and consequences of stress
- Relevance and keys to resilience
- Recommendations for everyday life
Location: Web-based live seminar, 12489 Berlin, Germany
