To strengthen our team we are looking for a FPGA Developer (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin-Adlershof | 20% Remote
 

Your Tasks

• Design and develop FPGA firmware for electronic modules
• Create FPGA designs in VHDL and with block design methodologies
• Simulate, synthesize, and verify firmware against requirements
• Develop microcontroller firmware (e.g. Microblaze, Zynq ARM, RISC-V)
• Document development results and prepare functional test plans
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and debugging of firmware

Additional/Optional Tasks

• Support in electronics development
• Assisting customers with their implementation
• Commissioning, testing, and support during system integration

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Solid experience in FPGA development and verification (VHDL)
• Familiarity with Xilinx VIVADO/VITIS and ideally AMD components
• Strong understanding of FPGA architecture and electronics
• Good programming skills in C; experience with Git/SVN, Confluence, Jira is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, quality awareness, and independent, goal-oriented work style
• Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
