Hello everyone,

unser langjähriger Mieter ist gerade Vater geworden und musste nun schweren Herzens unsere tolle Altbauwohnung (1. OG, Radickestraße (Nähe Trattoria Bella Italia), 102 qm, möbliert) kündigen. Die Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung ist in einem tollen Zustand, gut geschnitten, an einer ruhigen Straße, wurde super gepflegt und wird ab sofort für 1200 € (Kaltmiete) angeboten.

Our long-time tenant has just become a father and, with a heavy heart, has had to give notice on our wonderful apartment in an older building (1st floor, Radickestraße (near Trattoria Bella Italia), 102 sqm, furnished). The three-bedroom apartment is in great condition, has a good layout, is located on a quiet street, has been very well maintained, and is now available for €1,200 (excluding utilities).

Der einzige Haken: Die Mietdauer ist bis Dezember 2027 befristet, da wir ab Januar 2028 als Familie dort selbst einziehen werden (Eigenbedarf!).

The only catch: The lease is limited until December 2027, as we will be moving in ourselves as a family starting in January 2028 (personal use!).

Die Wohnung kann also Stand heute (31. April 2026) für 18 Monate befristet gemietet werden.

As of today (April 31, 2026), the apartment is available for a 18-month lease.

Wir wohnen im Moment berufsbedingt nicht in Berlin und deswegen würden wir gerne an eine Person (oder an ein Pärchen) unsere gut geschnittene Wohnung für einen fairen Preis vermieten, die uns versichern kann, dass sie nur für maximal 1 1/2 Jahre unsere Wohnung mieten will.

We are currently not living in Berlin due to work commitments, so we would like to rent our well-designed apartment to a person (or a couple) at a fair price who can assure us that they only intend to rent our apartment for a maximum of 1 1/2 years.
