Impulse lecture & discussion Dr. Neela Enke (Scienza)
Leadership can be understood from different perspectives: e. g. from a task based perspective (what does a good leader need to do?) or from a person-based perspective (who does a good leader need to be?). The latter perspective is connected with role expectations that we have towards leaders. This talk looks at gendered role expectations and how they impact the perception of leadership behaviour by different genders. Based on this, practical tips with a focus on decision making and task delegation will be given.
